Basic Workout
For some reason, whenever I go to the gym by myself I’m really not too motivated. Did about 25 minutes on the treadmill, then hit the machines for bicep curls ( 3 x 15 x 60 ) and tricep pushes ( 3 x 15 x 70 ). Then I half-heartedly did a couple of other things at low weight, and wandered off. Kinda sad, actually. I hope that things pick up for me later on in the week.
