25 minute run
Alright, so this was nothing special. 2.85 miles in 25 minutes - basically, I ran at an 8:35 pace (7mph). I wanted to do 30 minutes, but I was in the gym. Between my congestion (and the fact that coughing up phlegm indoors is generally frowned apon) and the heat here in the hotel, I was pretty much done after 25. Did I give up too easily? Probably, but since I’m not actually supposed to do any running today or tomorrow due to the 25K on Saturday, I figure that this is good enough.
