Again with the recovery…
Well, my IT band is doing pretty well. My left calf remains a little sore, but its my right calf that’s giving me the most grief. Still, I think that its doing better. We were scheduled for 20 minutes today, but I took it off because I ran on Sunday rather than Saturday. Tomorrow is 25 on paper. I’m going to cross my fingers and try for 45. In the evening. That’s assuming that my calf will be ready by then, but I think that 22 hours more R&R should just about do it.
Marcus suggested running in the pool if its still sore. If I have any problems tomorrow, I’ll do just that. Of course, that will probably guarantee a mysterious rain squal. Even so, I’m going to get moving again on Tuesday. After all, time is getting close!
