Workout with Jason
Well, let’s start with the good news. On the treadmill, I did three sets of 9 minutes, stretching between each set. I felt pretty good - better than yesterday. Hopefully, tomorrow’s run will be just fine. Did the first two sets at a 10:00 pace, the last one at a 9:15.
Then on to weights. It had been a while since my last workout, as I was quickly reminded. Did 30×10/35×8/30×8 bench presses, and Jason said that my form was uneven - my left side is weaker, so I “torque” my body to compensate. Next week, I’m doing a ton of 25s instead to work on that. Next, did some rows (3 sets of 10 reps of 90) and pull downs (3 sets of 15 reps - 90/100/90). That was really tiring. Back over to decline, where I did 25×15/30×8/25×8 - I stopped as soon as my form started going bad. That was pretty much it.
