Decent treadmill miles
So its lunchtime, but its raining. Rather than getting wet, I hit the treadmill at the office. Did 3 minutes of walking, then some stretching, then my first mile at an 8:00 pace. Felt alright, no significant aches or pains. My left calf started a little tight, but loosened up after a quarter mile or so. Walked for 3-4 minutes, then did a second mile at the same pace. I was feeling pretty hot by the end, that room is kept 75-80 degrees for some insane reason, but I wasn’t having any leg problems. I think that this is a very positive sign!
