Too sore to swim well
At least, too sore to swim well. Did some stretching before getting in the pool, which was cold but nothing like Barton Springs was after the marathon. Got warmed up a bit, then did 100 meters freestyle, 50 meters backstroke, and 100 meters breaststroke. We practiced surface diving for a while, and that was about it. I was having a hard time doing the distances, because my legs would get sore after about 35 meters, no matter what the stroke was. Its pretty hard for my body to forget how far I ran just two days ago.
