I didn’t run at all during March until the 14th, one month after the marathon, when I did the BagelFest 5K. I then proceeded to PR it at 27:11 - not a great time, but over 5 minutes off my previous record (which says more about the amount of training I’ve done since my last 5K) then anything else. I developed a training schedule, kept active at the gym, started interval work, did my first 10K, and in general am feeling pretty good about my progress.
