Training Issues
So what do I do now? I was planning on doing about 10 miles today, but I ran a 5K instead. I’m thinking I should go ahead and do some distance tomorrow morning, but I’m not sure. To add more to the mess, I skipped my speedwork originally scheduled for last Thursday. And a saturday 5K wasn’t one of the situations I was expecting to deal with.
I’m thinking that I’m going to do 10 slow miles tomorrow morning, and not run at all on Monday, then get back on schedule with my normal MoPac to I-35 seven miler on Tuesday. But that may depend somewhat on the weather as well - its pretty nasty outside right now. Whatever I do tomorrow, I have decided that I need to get more serious and disciplined about my training in general.
