Pathetic Workout
Alright, so its been a few… weeks… since I’ve done an upper body workout. But even so, I put in a pathetic performance today.
Bench press: 10×25, 10×35, ~3×45
Incline press: 10×25, 6×25, 6×20
Lat pulldown: 3 of 10×110
Row: 3 of 10×80
Flys: 10×100, 10×90, 10×90
Delts: 10×100, 10×90, 8×90
Medial shoulder raise: 3 of 10×20
Curls: 3 of 10×25
Skull crushers: 10×35, 8×35, 6×35
And we called it a day. Bleah. I think I need to figure out a 30 minute workout that I can do every day, since I haven’t been able to get to the gym lately. If I jog over there to get my warmup in, take 20-30, then jog back… maybe I could work that in every day before lunch or something. Because I’ve got to do something about this.
Ah, well. Nasty weather tomorrow, so I’m going to try for a good long hilly run on Sunday.
