No running on Sunday - Mother’s day kinda got in the way. But that’s alright. The total for the week is pretty respectable anyway, at least compared to the crap I managed during April. No running tomorrow either, since I’ll be in Dallas all day - I just hope that my estimated 4 hours of sleep tomorrow night won’t kill me for Gilbert’s workout Tuesday morning. We shall see…

Richard, I just got around to reading your race report. FABULOUS JOB!!! It sounds like the course was much more brutal than you anticipated, and you still came quite close to your goal, regardless! Good job!

Thanks for the great race report - having not yet done any race, it’s so educatonal to me to see these experiences. Congrats on the PR despite uncooperative temp and humidity!!
