Hey, at least it was over 20 miles. Stopping when I know I should remains difficult, but I just need to listen to my body and respect it. Sometimes, at least.
UPDATE 5/19: I missed Friday’s two miles before. Now its in there. I’m also thinking that 24 miles for me at this stage really isn’t too bad for a weekly total. I think that I was a little hard on myself when I originally posted this due to the disappointing soreness that cut my Sunday run short.
