Geez, that’s almost half what I was hoping to do. No long run this weekend, no running during the week except for my speedwork training. I need to do better than that. Sunday was bad, since I knew I needed a long run and kept putting it off until the day was booked except for around 2pm, where it was really too hot to get the mileage in. This gentle sabotage can not continue!
