Chocolate Flan Cake
This is completely random… and may even be considered anti-fitness. But its really, really good so that’s okay.

Serving size: one or more large slices

Difficulty: trivial
Ingredients
- Caramel topping
Premade caramel topping
Cake
- 1 box Chocolate Moist Deluxe cake mix
Whatever else it says on the box
Flan
- 3 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1/2 can evaporated milk
2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Spray inside of a Bundt pan with cooking spray
- Pour caramel into pan, less than 1/4 of an inch deep
- Mix cake batter according to directions, and add it batter to the Bundt pan
- Mix all flan ingredients, blending well
- Pour flan mixture into the middle of the cake batter, all around the pan
- Place the pan on top of an ovenproof dish with a couple of inches of water at the bottom
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until a knife inserted comes out cleanly
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert cake onto cake plate
- Eat until no cake remains
- Repeat until full
- Have just one more slice
