Most of the month was spent not running due to my MCL sprain. That’s all but healed, although I still have some strength issues that I need to deal with. I could have been swimming, biking, and going to the gym while I was sidelined but I wasn’t, which is entirely my own damn fault. My stamina is recovering, slowly, and my joints are getting back up to speed as far as dealing with running is concerned. I’m trying to add mileage as fast as I can without courting any further injury.
