No Running Today
Well, my left knee (mild tendonitis) is being a touch achy today, and I did do my (not so) long run last night and want to move my runs to the morning, so I used that to decide not to do any running today. I may go to the gym for a light workout before dinner, since I think that will help. Other than that, I’m making sure that I’m properly hydrated and, other than the fact that I’m eating very poorly, I’m going to make sure that I’m ready for my one mile race tomorrow. Afterwards, assuming no difficulties, I’m planning on doing the three miles of 8:15 that I was supposed to do today.
