This week was much better than last week was. I still didn’t really do too well when you look mid-week, although getting the five miler in on Wednesday helped a lot. My overall mileage is finally where it needs to be at this stage - 25 this week, so 27 next time. I’m a little concerned, because I am heading out to Vegas on Tuesday evening for a wedding - back Friday, and I’ll do my spin class, but I don’t know how much running I’ll get to do during the week. I’ll try, but I’m not making any promises.

Just do alot of fast dancing at the reception and you’ll get all your crosstraining in.

You have to run in Vegas! It’s totally awesome! I was able to find some obscure hotels/casinos in my frantic search for a bathroom during my early morning run. There’s more to that story but like they say, what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas…

Will the hotel have a gym? I know that the treadmill stinks, but it’s better than nothing..right? :) Have a great time!
