Upper Body
I didn’t have much time this week, so we did a pretty basic upper body workout today. No machines, we stayed purely with free weights.
Dumbell bench: 20×35lbs, 17×40lbs, 8×45lbs each
Kneeling row: 3 sets of 10×45lbs each
Skull crushers: 3 sets of 10×45lbs single bar
Bicep curls: 3 sets of 10×25lbs each
Shoulder complex: 3 sets of 10×7.5lbs
Crunches: 50xLeft, 50xRight, 50xStraight
Captains chair: 3 sets of 10
Back raises: 3 sets of 10 with 25lbs
