Seven miles easy
I’m trying to keep these runs nice and easy - just getting the miles in, making sure that my joints, etc, have a chance to get comfortable with the added distances that I’m asking them to take. Cutting my midweek runs last year was one of my biggest mistakes, IMO. Anyway, today’s seven mile loop went by in 1:03:32 for a 9:08 pace. My ideal time for Tuesdays is 1:02:38 (9:00 pace), but I think that coming in within a minute is close enough. I’m getting to be a much better judge of my own speed, I think.
