Spin
Its Friday evening - must be spin time. We did an endurance circuit today, and it was pretty good. I worked my muscles a lot more than my cardio, but I’m not really sure if that’s because I’m improving my lungs or just that the workout leant itself to that. I guess I’ll find some things out at the race. Tomorrow I’m torn between doing 8-10 miles because I am training for Freescale, or cutting it back to 5-6 because I’ve got the Motive 13.1 on Sunday. Any opinions you’d care to share?

i’d say cut back. you could probably handle the 8-10 before the race, but then you’d be running on tired legs. take it easy tomorrow and you’ll most likely be able to hit your pace goals on sunday. good luck!

I think 10 is too much to do the day before Motive. I’m only heading out to do an 4 easy miles now, but I will also do some more on Monday. With all that and the race the weekend total will probably be about right, but I want to be fresh for Sunday.
