Repeats
Well, I was feeling a little tired at lunch, and I ended up eating a nice relaxing lunch and running some 1000m repeats in the evening instead. Then again, I wasn’t supposed to have done last night’s elliptical workout until tonight, so it all works out in the end.
I did a one mile warm up, then six 1000m intervals at a 7:00 pace (the last for 1200m), a quarter mile cooldown, 200m at a 6:00 pace, then a last mile cool down. I ended up with about six miles total - again, slightly low, for what’s on the schedule, but reasonable enough and a good night’s work.

That’s a darn speedy workout. I’mnot so sure I could run a 6:00 pace for 200 meters. Well, and still be able to breathe at the end anyway.

Thank you for stopping by and commenting. I’d mention my own work-out/running schedule but since it mostly consists of walking to the refrigerator, and flexing my toes as I sit, maybe it’s best not to. Come back any time, and welcome! I don’t always blog about toilets. Sometimes it’s even worse.
