Workout
I did a really nice workout with Marcus today, which reminded me just how long it had been since I’d done a good full body gym hit. We worked pretty much ever major muscle group, and even got in 20 minutes of fast cardio as a warm up. My only complaint? My laziness has caused me to get pretty weak. Still, it would come back soon if I got my dedication back where it should be…
And hey, at least I did something fitness-related. My plans this week - and last week, for that matter - have not been especially well executed. Perhaps that shall be my goal for next week, just to hit my stated goals. I need to buckle down on this.
