7 + 5 = 12
One lap of the seven mile loop, followed by one lap of the five mile loop, equals twelve miles. These were pretty blah miles, which may be why it took me a while to blog them down. It felt like it took about four miles to get into a rhythm, but by mile five I was getting tired. I need to shake things up a little here.
Either that, or I really needed this recovery week. After all, I need to do close to double this distance next Saturday.
