Sleep
Well, despite my intentions I chose to sleep in this morning rather than go to the gym. Well, it wasn’t really a choice, it just kinda happened. Here’s a fitness hint - when you don’t watch much TV, you should stay away from TNTHD when they’re running Law and Order until midnight.
I was able to get caught up on my posting backlog at least, getting entries from Saturday’s long run, Monday’s seven miler, Tuesday’s hill workout and Thursday’s track repeats up and going. Sorry about the delay.

I wouldn’t sweat it, Richard. Looking over the last few entries, I’d say you were due for a rest. That Saturday run with the knee thing may be telling you something. I wonder if that rough and sluggish day was an indicator that you needed an extra rest in there somewhere anyway. Its tough to do it on a long run day, but when you have to sleep, you can’t deny the body.
