Swimming… sort of
I met up with Stephanie this evening at Big Stacy for a little swimming. My plan was to do ten laps, each lap being two 30M lengths. I ended up doing 14 lengths total, never more than one at a time. The good news is that my breathing patterns are doing much better. The bad news is simply a lack of endurance, which is fine, because if I can keep getting out here 1-2 times a week that will take care of itself. One of my next steps will be to buy a kickboard for drills, until that time I’ll just keep trying to swim longer and smoother until I get it down.
