Swimming
Lesson learned - don’t go swimming immediately after having a massuse pound the crap out of your calves, even if it is the only way to get any water time in before the pool closes. I swear my body was at a 20 degree angle most of the time. That, and I only got 600M in. It is getting easier, but it still takes me 300-400M to figure out what I’m doing each time before I fall into any sort of rhythm, and I’m still taking a break every 60-90M to catch my breath.
