Weights
Well, it had been a while since I hit the weight-room, so when Erine asked me if I was up for a little lifting this evening, I just had to go along with it. We did a moderate amount of core and hit all of the major leg machines; he also explained how he uses the multi-hip better than I had been doing them. I don’t think I’ve lost much strength but I’m certainly nowhere near what I could be, especially when it comes to core work. One interesting thing was trying the Butt Blaster for the first time. It seems like a really solid glute workout, and I’ll try to incorporate it into my routines from now on.
New goal - tempered by holiday commitments - make it into the gym at least twice a week, probably Wednesday and Friday evenings, for leg work. If possible, do upper body on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
