Annoying Timing
So tomorrow’s workout is probably my favorite track workout of all times - 20X400M done in four sets with 1 minute rest. And why, I hear you asking, is this annoying? Because I’m in no shape to do it. I’m still getting over whatever it was I caught this weekend. I could show up and do 6-7 400s, but that’s hardly the point, and with my current track record (no pun intended) I’d probably just get sick again. So I’m staying home and sleeping in instead. And that’s just not fun.
