Easy Recovery
I headed out this morning thinking that I’d be doing an easy seven miles. By about mile two though I was feeling tight — not painful, but noticable — in my core from yesterday’s workout, so I cut it short and did the five mile loop with ten 100M strides afterwards instead. The last couple were pretty fast, too, which always feels great. Now I don’t have a single workout scheduled until Saturday morning, where I’ll be running Mt. Bonnell (again). I think that by then my core will have recovered some; who knows, maybe it’ll make a difference. I know it will eventually…
