I just wanted to take a minute to congratulate Carrie who came in 5th in her age group despite a slower-than-expected swim at the recent Marble Falls triathlon. Way to go! Her oveall time of 2:13:23.5 included a 4.4 mile run at a 7:09 pace, the fastest time in that group, by over 20 seconds per mile. And people wonder why she had serious negative splits at Boston…
