Hardcore? Not Today
Adam was off doing a race today, so we had an unexpected (at least by me) “people’s choice” round again. This time though it felt a lot easier than the ones that Adam does, possibly because we had so many people in the class that we actually had a little rest time in a few places where we didn’t have enough equipment (where equipment would be benches and curbs). I was able to do a pull up before class (although only one) for the first time. Afterwards we did chin-ups and I was looking forward to doing 4-5, but I learned that doing them when rested is one thing, doing them after an hour of working out is something else entirely. I managed only 1 before needing a light spot. Ah, well.
