Core Plus
When I say that I do two hours of core every week, that’s not entirely true. You see, to Adam, core is anything in the trunk of the body. Er, plus triceps from dips. And some biceps on pull-ups. And then there are all those push-ups… And the quads help out a lot during the 5 minute leg-raise. Really, its a whole body workout. And even when I feel pathetically weak (like today doing 120 push-ups), its making me stronger. At least, that’s my theory and I’m sticking with it. If I can keep this up until December, I think it’ll be a Good Thing.
