Another good run
I did the same route that I did on Monday with Thon, this time going out to the corners. That made it a little longer, but still not much. I ran more consistently this time, but not a whole lot faster. Not a whole lot to talk about. I’m supposed to take it easy, and I’m doing my best. Saturday, I’m planning on doing a long run - 3 or 4 miles. Think I can handle it?
