Doctor’s Orders
Nothing until my back stops hurting. Not a damn thing. Luckily, I’m used to that. Then, once there’s no pain, I have a week of core exercises to do. Then I can get back to running, with a couple of restrictions. First, no dogs. The uneven pulling (even though I trade hands) is bad for my obliques, at least until they get stronger. Remember that 4+ months of vegetating I’ve been doing? Yeah, so does my back. Also I have to take it easy, and I have to stay on the flats (the last course was a little hilly).
Until I start to run, I guess I’ll just stay home…
