Gym Workout
I actually had a spare hour in the middle of the afternoon today, so I figured I’d reprise last week’s gym workout. At least, a bit. I’ve got an annoying level of allergy-suffering going on right now, so I wasn’t sure how much I felt like doing, but I figured that getting back into the habit was well worth it. I started with five minutes of biking, then moved on to the weight machines:
Leg curls (single) - 10×40, 10×40, 10×40
Tricep pushdowns - 10×50, 10×70, 10×90, 10×110, 10×120, 10×90, 10×70
Leg extensions (single) - 10×50, 10×50, 10×50
Bicep curls - 10×70, 8×80, 5×90, 10×70
Calf extensions (single) - 10×90, 10×120, 10×150
Back extensions - 10×110, 10×130, 10×150
Weighted curls - 10×70, 10×90, 10×110
Pretty random, eh? Like last time, I did a 3-4 second extension, a 1 second pause, then a fast contraction. I may be missing something out of that list, but its pretty obvious that I need a real workout plan pretty soon. Until then, I’ll be happy if I can get a regular habit back.
